Brianna, or Bri for short, has a wealth of experience working across the lifespan and takes an individualised approach to therapy that focuses on connection, compassion, and validation. In her therapeutic approach, Bri focuses on working with the individual at a holistic level, addressing not only the concerns that one brings to therapy, but the additional factors that may be influencing their overall well-being and working collaboratively with her clients and other professionals to address this.

Whilst Bri enjoys working with all people and their varying reasons for coming to therapy, she has extensive experience working with those who have, or are currently experiencing, trauma in their lives. Additionally, Bri has a passion for working with neurodivergent clients, helping to empower, rather than alter, the unique way we each interact with the world around us.

Bri uses an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches, often preferring to draw from each modality as needed for the individuals personal circumstances. Similarly, Bri tries to ensure that the way therapy is implemented meets the needs of each individual – whether that be conducting sessions in person, over the phone, via video platform, or at school. Bri’s aim is to ensure that you are getting the therapy you need, the way you need it.
